Father/Daughter Dance 2011

On Saturday it was time again for the annual Father/Daughter dance at St. John Vianney.  We started out the evening the same as last year, with our second annual pre dance dinner at Red Robin.  Because of schedules, we didn't have as many attendees as last year, but it was still fun.  It was the Shulskis, Mesquitas and 2 Noels that had dinner this year.  After dinner, it was time to head to mass.  It was nice because we sat by my mom, my aunt and our friend Chris.  After mass, the dads and daughters headed to the dance while some of us moms and sons headed to the bowling alley.  Joshua and I had blast bowling with Cindy and David, Mandy and Jacob and Chelle, Alex, Jon and Noah.  We enjoyed pizza and beer... root beer, that is!  After bowling we picked up Anthony and Alexandra and headed home where we spent the rest of the night watching "Star Wars, Epsisode 2: Attack of the Clones."  Thank you GOD for such a special night with family and friends!

Yes! Alexandra wore her Dr. Seuss high tops instead of dress shoes!
